On Site registration is always an option, but we do charge a $10 per CLASS late registration fee
**If you register for a class and exit or an error occurs before you pay, your bib number is reserved for 45 minutes so please return after this time to resume registering for an event. If your bib number is already taken, please contact us for an alternate.
ORA Refund Policy:
ORA will give refund for the following situations:
- 1. The ORA will refund any races/event paid for using Series Tracker if adverse weather makes it impossible for the event to take place. It will be the driver’s responsibility for contacting ORA registration staff to request the refund prior to start of racing unless entire event is canceled.
- 2. A racer can ask for a refund prior to bringing a machine onto the racing surface by alerting ORA registration staff prior to start of racing.
- 3. Once a driver/sled has been on the ice or racing has begun, no refund will be issued.
- 4. Should credit be at last event of season, a check will be mailed to driver in a timely manner.
- 5. All refunds are subject toa 10% service fee deducted from the total amount due.
